(a)

in paragraph (1)—

(i)

after “1968”, for “or”, substitute “,”, and

(ii)

after “2003”, insert “or under section 74(8) of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005”; and

(b)

in paragraph (3), for “court of trial”, substitute “Crown Court”.
