In rule 68.1(1) (When this Part applies)—

(a)

at the end of rule 68.1(1)(d), omit “or”;

(b)

at the end of rule 68.1(1)(e), insert—

“; or

(f)

a person wants to appeal to the Court of Appeal under section 24 of the Serious Crime Act 2007^f1”.
