after “representation order”, insert “requisition”, and

after “writ of venire de novo”, insert “written charge”; and

after “an order authorising payment of legal aid for a defendant;”, insert “a document issued under section 29 of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 requiring a person to appear before a magistrates' court to answer a written charge;”, and

after “an order directing a new trial after a mistrial involving a fundamental irregularity;”, insert “a document issued by a public prosecutor under section 29 of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 which institutes criminal proceedings by charging a person with an offence;”.
