In Part 59 (Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 150 rules applicable only to restraint proceedings), in the Table of Contents—
(a)
at the end of the first column, insert “Application to punish for contempt of court”; and
(b)
at the end of the second column, insert “rule 59.6”.
