Coming into force in accordance with rules 2 and 3

The Criminal Procedure Rule Committee makes the following Rules under section 69 of the Courts Act 2003^f1 and sections 31(1) and (2), 36B(4), 36C(3), 113(1), 118C(4) and 118D(3) of the Extradition Act 2003^f2, after consulting in accordance with section 72(1)(a) of the Courts Act 2003.
