In Part 6 (Reporting, etc. restrictions), in rule 6.1 (When this Part applies), in the sixth paragraph of the note to the rule for sub-paragraph (a) substitute—

“(a)

section 38 of the National Security Act 2023^f1, during proceedings for an offence under Part 1 of that Act including some parts of sentencing proceedings;”.
