Paragraph 10 I1

In section 31 (bail review on prosecutor’s application), after subsection (3) insert—

“(3A)

In relation to an accused admitted to bail under section 65(8C) of this Act—

(a)

an application may be made under subsection (1) above only in relation to the conditions imposed on bail; and

(b)

paragraph (a) of subsection (3) above shall not apply in relation to any such application.”.
