After section 25 insert—

“Failure to accept conditions of bail under section 65(8C): continued detention of accused

An accused who—

(a)

is, by virtue of subsection (4) of section 65 of this Act, entitled to be admitted to bail; but

(b)

fails to accept any of the conditions imposed by the court on bail under subsection (8C) of that section,

shall continue to be detained under the committal warrant for so long as he fails to accept any of those conditions.”.
