Rule 33.42 Supply of documents from court recordsI1

(1)

No document relating to restraint proceedings or receivership proceedings may be supplied from the records of the Crown Court for any person to inspect or copy unless the Crown Court grants permission.

(2)

An application for permission under paragraph (1) must be made on notice to the parties to the proceedings.
