Rule 36.15 (Reopening the determination of an appeal) and the related rule 36.6(5) apply in relation to an appeal under section 13B, 31, 43 or 65 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 as those rules apply in relation to an appeal listed in rule 36.1 (When this Part applies).
