Section 34 Determination of disputes, etc.

(1)

The provisions of the Landholders Acts with regard to the Land Court shall, with any necessary modifications, apply for the determination of any matter which they F1have jurisdiction under this Act F2or the M1Crofting Reform (Scotland) Act 1976 to determine, in like manner as those provisions apply for the determination by the Land Court of matters referred to them under those Acts.
