Section 17 Interpretation.

In this Act the expression “theAct of 1955” means the Crofters (Scotland) Act, 1955, and any expression used in this Act and in the Act of 1955 has the same meaning in this Act as in that Act.

Any reference in this Act to any other enactment shall, unless the context otherwise requires, be construed as a reference to that enactment as amended by any other enactment including this Act.
