(1)

A person aggrieved by any act or omission of the Keeper under this Part may appeal any issue of fact or law arising from that act or omission to the Land Court.

(2)

On an appeal under this section, the Court may order the Keeper to take such remedial action as the order may specify, including action to rectify the register.
