The Scottish Ministers make the following Rules in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 19(1) and 53(2)(a) of the Crofting Reform (Scotland) Act 2010f1 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 19(1), they have consulted the Keeper of the Registers of Scotland and the Crofting Commission.
