Paragraph 1
(1)
The Secretary of State may make schemes for the transfer of property, rights and liabilities—
(a)
from Cross London Rail Links Limited (“CLRL”), or
(b)
from a body corporate which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CLRL,
to any person, including the Secretary of State.
(2)
The Secretary of State shall consult CLRL before making a scheme under sub-paragraph (1).
