Paragraph 3
United Kingdom
The temporary stopping up or diversion of any highway under paragraph 5 of Schedule 3 shall not affect any right of an operator under F1Part 8 of the electronic communications code in respect of any apparatus which at the time of the stopping up or diversion is in the highway.
