This Order may be cited as the Crown Agents (Additional Powers) Order 1990 and shall come into force forthwith.

(2)

In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires–

  • “the Act” means the Crown Agents Act 1979;

  • “the Crown Agents” means the body corporate established by the Act;

  • “person” means any person (including any body of persons corporate or unincor-porate) other than a scheduled authority or body.
