Article 4 The Criminal Procedure and Investigations Act 1996 (Preparatory Hearings) (Interlocutory Appeals) Rules 1997

The Criminal Procedure and Investigations Act 1996 (Preparatory Hearings) (Interlocutory Appeals) Rules 1997^f1 shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this rule.

In rules 10(1)(b) and 12(2)(b), for the word “person” there shall be substituted the word “party”.
