Scotland
F1Crown Estate Scotland is to consist of—
a member appointed by the Scottish Ministers to chair it; and
up to 8 other members appointed by the Scottish Ministers.
A member is appointed for such period as the Scottish Ministers determine.
The Scottish Ministers may reappoint as a member of Crown Estate Scotland a person who is, or has been, a member.
The Scottish Ministers may determine other terms and conditions of membership, in relation to matters not covered by this Order.
