Paragraph 10 I1

Nothing in this Schedule affects the provisions of any enactment or agreement regulating the relations between Network Rail and an undertaker in respect of any apparatus laid or erected on land belonging to Network Rail on the date on which this Order is made of which the benefit and burden is transferred to the Council under article 36 (transfer of former Croxley Green Branch line).
