Paragraph 48 I1

The Council must in the design and construction of the authorised works take all measures necessary to prevent EMI and must establish with LUL (both parties acting reasonably) appropriate arrangements to test and verify the effectiveness of works proposed to be constructed by the Council to prevent EMI.
