Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Croydon Tramlink (Penalty Fares) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 19th March 2000.

In this Order “the 1992 Act” means the London Regional Transport (Penalty Fares) Act 1992^f1.
