The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 45 of the Croydon Tramlink Act 1994^f1 and at the request of Tramtrack Croydon Limited in exercise of the functions conferred on it by article 2 of the Croydon Tramlink (Transfer of Functions) Order 1996^f2 hereby makes the following Order:–
