Regulation 2

In the Schedule to the Customs and Excise (Community Transit) (No.2) Regulations 1987(^f1)—

(a)

the reference to article 22 of Council Regulation (EEC) No. 222/77(^f2) in column (2) shall be construed as a reference to that article as amended by article 1 of Council Regulation (EEC) No. 474/90(^f3), and

(b)

for the words “Carrier to give each office of transit a transit advice note” in column (3) there shall be substituted the words “Carrier to give each specified office of transit a transit advice note”.
