Regulation 61 Amendment to regulation 102 (retention of domestic status) of CIDEER 2018I1I2

Regulation 102 (retention of domestic status) of CIDEER 2018 is amended as follows.

In paragraph (1)(a) omit “and”.

At the end of paragraph (1)(b) for the full-stop substitute “ , and ”.

After paragraph (1)(b) insert—

“(c)

are goods in respect of which an exit summary declaration is required and has been made.

(2)

An “exit summary declaration” has the same meaning as it has in Article 5(10) of the UCC.”
