In exercise of the power conferred upon him by section 6(3) of the Dangerous Dogs (Amendment) Act 1997f1, the Secretary of State hereby makes the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the Dangerous Dogs (Amendment) Act 1997 (Commencement) Order 1997.

The Dangerous Dogs (Amendment) Act 1997 shall come into force on 8th June 1997.
