The Went Internal Drainage Board, the Knottingley to Gowdall Internal Drainage Board, the Dearne and Dove Internal Drainage Board and the Dun Drainage Commissioners are abolished.

The Went Internal Drainage District, the Knottingley to Gowdall Internal Drainage District, the Dearne and Dove Internal Drainage District and the Dun Internal Drainage District are amalgamated into, and are constituted as, one internal drainage district to be known as “the Danvm Internal Drainage District”.

A new internal drainage board to be known as “the Danvm Drainage Commissioners” is constituted for the Danvm Internal Drainage District.
