Regulation 2 Dangerous Goods
In regulation 5(1) of the Dartford-Thurrock Crossing Regulations 1998f1 for “the booklet entitled ‘Dangerous Traffic’, 11th Edition issued in 2001”f2 there shall be substituted “the booklet entitled ‘Dangerous Traffic’, 12th Edition issued in 2003”.

Regulation 5(1) was amended by the Dartford-Thurrock Crossing (Amendment) Regulations 2003 (SI 2003/496) to substitute a reference to the 11th edition of the booklet for the reference to the 9th edition.
