Section 25 of the Terrorist Asset-Freezing etc. Act 2010 (application of provisions) is amended as follows.

In subsection (2)(a), for “the Data Protection Act 1998” substitute “ the data protection legislation ”.

(3)

In subsection (6), at the appropriate place insert—

““the data protection legislation” has the same meaning as in the Data Protection Act 2018 (see section 3 of that Act);”.
