Paragraph 7 of Schedule 4 to the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014 (anti-social behaviour case reviews: information) is amended as follows.

In sub-paragraph (4)—

(a)

for “the Data Protection Act 1998” substitute “ the data protection legislation ”, and

(b)

for “are” substitute “ is ”.

(3)

After sub-paragraph (5) insert—

“(6)
In this paragraph, “the data protection legislation” has the same meaning as in the Data Protection Act 2018 (see section 3 of that Act).”
