Paragraph 229 I1

Article 4 of the Channel Tunnel (International Arrangements) Order 1993 (application of enactments) is amended as follows.

In paragraph (2)—

(a)

for “section 5 of the Data Protection Act 1998 (“the 1998 Act”), data which are” substitute “ section 207 of the Data Protection Act 2018 (“the 2018 Act”), data which is ”,

(b)

for “data controller” substitute “ controller ”,

(c)

after “in the context of” insert “ the activities of ”, and

(d)

for “and the 1998 Act” substitute “ and the 2018 Act ”.
