Section 28 1 & 2 Vict. c. 43. and this Act to be construed as one.

The M1said Dean Forest (Mines) Act 1838, and this Act, shall, so far as is practicable, be read and construed together as one Act, and the Rules and Regulations contained in the said Awards as varied by this Act shall be deemed applicable to the provisions of this Act.
