Paragraph 4 C1

In Schedule 2 to the Citation Amendment (Scotland) Act 1882, in the provisions relating to inferior courts—

(a)

in paragraph 1, for the words from “the above-mentioned fees” to the end there shall be substituted the words “the first-mentioned fee shall be allowed for the first party only, and for every other party there shall be allowed a reduced fee of 3½ (instead of 5p)” ; and

(b)

in paragraph 2(1), the item specifying the fee for citing every witness after the first for the same diet shall have effect as if the amount specified were 3½ instead of 8d.
