Paragraph 7 F1
In section 2 of the War Memorials (Local Authorities’ Powers) Act 1923, as originally enacted, for the words “a penny” there shall be substituted the words “0·6p”, and section 75 of the Local Government Act 1929 (increase of certain statutory limits) shall not apply to that section as amended by this paragraph.
