The Secretary of State, in exercise of the power conferred upon him by section 18(2) of the Deep Sea Mining (Temporary Provisions) Act 1981, hereby makes the following Order:—

This Order may be cited as the Deep Sea Mining (Temporary Provisions) Act 1981 (Appointed Day) Order 1982.
