Section 12 Orders.

F1(1)

Any power to make orders under this Act shall be exercisable by statutory instrument.

(1A)

A statutory instrument containing an order under section 1(2) or 3(4) of this Act shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.

(1B)

No order under section 1OA(4) of this Act shall be made unless a draft of the order has been laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.

(2)

Any order made under this Act may be varied or revoked by a subsequent order made in the like manner.
