Section 20 Removal of presumption that proceedings are to be tried by juryI1

In section 11 of the Court of Session Act 1988 (jury actions), paragraph (b) is repealed.

Subsection (1) does not have effect in relation to defamation proceedings begun before the commencement of this section.
