Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and application

(1)

These Regulations may be cited as the Delayed Discharges (England) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on—

(a)

for the purposes of this regulation and regulations 2 to 6, 10, 12 and 13 to 18, on 1st October 2003; and

(b)

for all other purposes, on 5th January 2004.

These Regulations apply to England only.
