Article 35 Amendment of section 38I1

In section 38 (prohibition on practice of dentistry by laymen), in subsection (1)^f1, for the words from the beginning to “medical practitioner” substitute “A person who is not a registered dentist, a registered dental care professional or a visiting EEA practitioner entered in the list of such practitioners”.
