In Schedule 2 to the Motor Vehicles (EC Type Approval) Regulations 1992^f1 (amendments of acts)—

(a)

omit paragraph 2 (obligation to hold EC certificate of conformity for certain unregistered vehicles);

(b)

omit paragraph 7(2) (prosecution and punishment of offences).
