Paragraph 12 Amendment of the Education (Fees and Awards) (England) Regulations 2007
In regulation 9 (payments by the Secretary of State or the Chief Executive of Skills Funding) of the Education (Fees and Awards) (England) Regulations 2007f1 in each place it occurs omit “or the Chief Executive of Skills Funding”.
