In section 39, in subsection (1)—

(a)

in the definition of “apprenticeship certificate”, omit “3, 4,”;

(b)

omit the definitions of “English certifying authority”, “English issuing authority”, “recognised English framework” and “the specification of apprenticeship standards for England”.
