In subsection (2), omit “subsection (1) of section 20 (regulations relating to receptacles for household waste) or”.

In subsection (4)—

(a)

omit paragraph (e);

(b)

in paragraph (f), omit “subsection (4) of the said section 20 or” and omit “as the case may be”.

In the heading, after “receptacles for” insert “ commercial or industrial ”.
