(a)
in subsection (1), omit the definitions of “noise abatement order”, “noise abatement zone”, “noise level register”, “noise reduction notice” and “person responsible”;
(b)
in subsection (2), for “sections 62 to 67” (in both places where it occurs) substitute “ section 62 ”.
