In section 90 (encouragement of education and training for certain persons), in subsection (1)—

(a)

for “Chief Executive” substitute “ Secretary of State ”;

(b)

for “Chief Executive's remit” (in each place where it occurs) substitute “ Secretary of State's remit under this Part ”.
