The Poisons Board is abolished.
(2)
As a result—
(a)
in the Poisons Act 1972, omit section 1 and Schedule 1, and
(b)
in Part 6 of Schedule 1 to the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (other public bodies and offices: general), omit the entry for the Poisons Board.
