In section 53 (duty to keep definitive map and statement under continuous review)—

(a)

in subsection (5), for “the provisions of Schedule 14” substitute “ the provisions of Schedule 13A (in relation to England) and Schedule 14 (in relation to Wales) ”;

(b)

in subsection (6), for “the provisions of Schedule 15” substitute “ the provisions of Schedule 14A (in relation to England) and Schedule 15 (in relation to Wales) ”.
