Regulation 26 (double white lines) is amended as follows.

In paragraph (5)(b), omit “ambulance,”.

After paragraph (5)(b) insert—

“(bza)

to a vehicle for the time being used for ambulance purposes or for the purpose of providing a response to an emergency at the request of an NHS ambulance service;”.
