Paragraph 6

Regulation 37 (audible warning instruments) is amended as follows.

In paragraph (5)(a), omit “, ambulance”.

After paragraph (5)(a) insert—

“(aza)

used for ambulance purposes or for the purpose of providing a response to an emergency at the request of an NHS ambulance service;”.
