Article 1 Citation, commencement and extent

This Order may be cited as the Deregulation (Casinos) Order 1997.

(2)

This Order shall come into force 28 days after it is made.

(3)

Articles 2 and 3 of this Order do not extend to Scotland or Northern Ireland; article 4 does not extend to Northern Ireland.
